Sunday afternoon - 2.24.08

Baron and I are having a lazy Sunday afternoon, we just had lunch and now we are going to watch the movie "Cold Mountain."

Last night MJ and Marc brought us to Sasso, a relatively new restaurant near the Pru, to celebrate our engagement. Sasso is owned by the same people that own Lucca in the North End. The owners are also clients of Marc's brother in law. Sasso was wonderful, a nice restaurant for special occasions. Good selection of food, and good sized portions of food. I had the scallop dish, Baron and Marc had the lamb shank and MJ had the ravioli dish. There were quite an array of people at Sasso, and the attire was from jeans to strapless tops. Lots of parties of men though, we found that quite off, maybe people from a convention at the Hynes? the bar at Sasso looks like it would be fun to go to. We'll have to check it out another time.

Well off to watch Cold Mountain..
